I tend to re-injure myself...Bummer about the hams! I tend to re-injure myself because i am a meathead and don't listen to reason when I should. My mind is 20 years younger than my body! Like yourself, I started this endurance stuff late in life... mid-50's. But I am glad I did before letting things get out of control.<br /><br />Yes, 50 may be the new 30, but slow is still slow!
