This is exactly what...This was a great post Glenn! This is exactly what my friend Ken (triathlete) has been trying to educate me in. I am very curious which HRM you use and how you like it. The greatest motivation for me besides increasing aerobic conditioning is 'no injury' or 'less likely to get injured'.
