I ran a couple of miles. First in 2 months! There was some walking in there to get me up to 5k. And about 20 to lose. Here goes!

I'll join! Since March I put on all the weight I've lost since November. Not like it was a lot, but it's hard for me to lose anything, so I'm pretty sad about that. Once my Blackberry comes in, my smart-phone-less self is downloading the MFP app and getting back on it. It's 80% of what you put in your body. Let's do this!
