No miles this week. I did something to my lower back (just muscular – still stiff and painful though). Also big family party Friday night, so the calories (and I’m sure the weight) is all out of whack.
Will be back at it this week.
It's Monday, it's a new week, forget last week, and who knows where you'll be by next week.... to borrow a sporting cliche "remember it's a marathon, not a sprint". Good luck :-)
