Trying to Stay on Track

Took a day off work on Tuesday and that gave me an opportunity to head to the hills again. Did a four mile out and back in Buck Gully.

Distance: 4.10 miles @ 15:33 per mile (still feeling some after affects of Sunday)

Calories: 117 deficit

Wednesday

Distance: 0

Calories: 84 deficit
