A Short Post for a Short RunRow

So this will be a short and quick post.

Tuesday: 3 easy miles on the Back Bay. It’s really kind of disheartening that I can’t break 10:00 per mile. I know I know. Patience

Wednesday: 7 kms on the rowing machine – 5 minute warm up, 1000 meters each at stroke rate of 20/22/24/26/22 and a 5 minute cool down.

I’ve fallen off the wagon on the calorie counting. I have an excuse for Monday*. For Tuesday and Wednesday not so much. Gotta get back on track today.

*In case your wondering – on Monday my wife and I celebrated 24 years of bliss. I don’t care if I’m counting calories. I’m not for that day….

I was doing fine until I "tapered". Must of been that big meal I had at Outback the other day that did it, speaking of calories. WhoooooHoooo!

  11. Congratulations Glenn - 24 years is AWESOME!!! We don't want the calorie count, just the good details on the fabulous anniversary grub... Nice workout, too, although that rowing bit looks a little tough.

  13. Even the pope would offer papal dispensation for breaking your calorie-intake vow on your anniversary. Again, congratulations. I married just a few months before you. Feels good to outlast most others, doesn't it?
