Wow. I had no idea. No wonder my stats are down.
Sunday I made it out on the trails for the first time in several months. It was a perfect Southern California day. I’ll let the video speak for itself. No music. Just the sights, sounds, a heavy breathing. Join me for five miles squeezed down into 3:52. If that’s too long, skip to 3:08 for a view of the wildlife on the trail. Hope you enjoy it!
This trail is gorgeous! How the heck do you get to that parking area at Bommers? That little guy gives me the shivers. I have nothing against wild life, I just don't want to run into any on my run.
ReplyDeleteAfter I do the OC HM, take me up there. I run some with ya! If I can move my feet.
ReplyDeleteI think I'd run faster after seeing the rattler...I can't believe you got so close to it (yes, I am that much of a ninny).
ReplyDeleteBeautiful run. Thanks for sharing!
What views from the top of the ridgeline! And what bravery getting right up in that snake's face (kind of). I'd have run the other way.
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS GLenn!
