Hey folks. I’m back. Took the last two days off to rest my tweaked hamstring. I went out for a brisk walk this afternoon and once I got moving, everything seemed to be fine. I’ll go for a trail spin in Buck Gully tomorrow as a final test.
As for last week:

- Actual miles: 11
- Calorie deficit/(surplus): No results. Didn’t log on Sunday
- Weekly weigh in: 257 (-1 pound)
This week’s plan:
- Monday: Scheduled rest
- Tuesday: 2 miles
- Wednesday: 3 miles
- Thursday: Scheduled res
- Friday: 2 miles
- Saturday: 3 miles
- Sunday: 2 miles
- Total planned: 12 miles
