Back and Moving Again

Hey folks. I’m back. Took the last two days off to rest my tweaked hamstring. I went out for a brisk walk this afternoon and once I got moving, everything seemed to be fine. I’ll go for a trail spin in Buck Gully tomorrow as a final test.

As for last week:

  • Planned miles: 14
  • Actual miles: 11
  • Calorie deficit/(surplus): No results. Didn’t log on Sunday
  • Weekly weigh in: 257 (-1 pound)

This week’s plan:

  • Monday: Scheduled rest
  • Tuesday: 2 miles
  • Wednesday: 3 miles
  • Thursday: Scheduled res
  • Friday: 2 miles
  • Saturday: 3 miles
  • Sunday: 2 miles
  • Total planned: 12 miles
