About 10 seconds into this video sums up what I’m doing about my race on Saturday:
Yeah. Basically I had no time to put in any training for the last two weeks. That’s why I’ve been quiet around these parts. I’m around and I’m healthy. No injuries or anything. Sometimes life just sucks.
I’ll be back tomorrow though to talk about what’s next. Just as soon as I wade through 500 items in my Google Reader. Yikes!
You're better than I am. I gave up on my Google Reader (1000+ *blush*). I am now trying to catch up with my blogroll. Sorry I have been MIA on your blog.
ReplyDeleteWhat race are you planning on crashing and burning??
I'm a big fan of "mark all read" in google reader. whoops.
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is Walk/Run/Walk...you'll be fine. You are in better shape than you think. Focus on the fun and not the race :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't eve look at my Google Reader anymore. I just look at my blog roll and start at the top!
I've given up on the google reader, I will NEVER catch up!
ReplyDeletelol! you'll be fine!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the race, Glenn!! Just have fun and enjoy :). I hope you've been busy b/c you're working!!!!
ReplyDeletesafely gliding into the finish with your parachute? :)
ReplyDeleteIf you've been super busy, does this mean you have found new work or business?!?!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you need a Reader reboot. It happens.
I agree with Aka Alice... you don't gotta always be perfect, but as they say, just do it! But I am looking forward to reading about your next plans.
ReplyDeleteAwesome A-10 Warthog! Worked on em in the Air Force. I actually worked on the life support systems. lol. Ejection. I suppose that an ejection is better than crashing and burning up. Though I had a long run today in 85 degree temp and felt like my head was on fire. "burning down the house" hahaha. Take care, cant wait to hear about your next plans.
