Got it started. Again. Three easy peasy miles. Hey. It’s a start (or a restart actually). Two more this afternoon….

On the calorie front:

  • Calorie budget: 1690
  • Eaten: 1783
  • Exercise: 286
  • Calorie deficit: 193


  1. All Right Man. Easy Peasy? lol. Go for another 1 or 2. How did those 3 miles feel? Take care man

  2. Way to stay in the blue!! YAY!

  3. If you really and truly stick to 1690 calories a day, run per schedule, walk and take stairs and such at other times, the weight should drop off. That's my calorie budget if my pants are a little snug, and I'm, well, smaller than you. :-)

  4. I'm with Green Girl -- GO GLENN! I wouldn't exactly call call 3 miles peasy. (Not sure what peasy means), but I recall vividly when I couldn't run a half block. Go Glenn!

  5. Get kicking it out there Glenn - you need to pull a Slomo and get your "Smooth" on :)

  6. You have to start somewhere. Keep on going!!!
