If you really and truly stick to 1690 calories a day, run per schedule, walk and take stairs and such at other times, the weight should drop off. That's my calorie budget if my pants are a little snug, and I'm, well, smaller than you. :-)
I'm with Green Girl -- GO GLENN! I wouldn't exactly call call 3 miles peasy. (Not sure what peasy means), but I recall vividly when I couldn't run a half block. Go Glenn!
